This facility is a renovated and opened facility of the Formerly Higashiyama Daiichi Hotel, which closed in 2016.The "Formerly Higashiyama Daiichi Hotel" became the current building in the 1965s and was a facility that underwent a major renewal once in the early Heisei period.


The hotel started renovation work since 2018, but due to the building of 1980 years aging is intense and most construction work of piping (water pipes, source, air conditioning) and LED construction of lighting fixtures , Other renewal work was done on the part not meeting the current regulations.


As for the design works, repairing the exterior and painting work, renewal work in front of the entrance, renewal of the front desk / lounge, renovation of the bathroom design and lighting, renovation of the dressing room, construction of LEDs in the guest room, facilities of some rooms New construction of air conditioning work at the renovation works, banquet hall and front desk · lounge, renovation work of source, renewal work of source etc., construction of internet environment such as internet, sign construction work of the whole area, maintenance work of parking lot , And so on.Everything is not new, but it was quite old, and it was a dormant facility for about a year and a half, so it took considerable cost and labor to normal use.We will continue refurbishing under the concept of "always renewal", so please continue your favors in the future.

In order to cherish the atmosphere of the hotel, we have set the lighting to be dark inside the facility.Since it is an image of “Moonlight” which is also the concept of the inn, thank you for your understanding.
Baths are in half outdoor bath style (limited to 2018), and there are insects etc mixed in.Because of the natural environment, thank you for your understanding.
